6. Logbook registration
For documents brought out from the office the client writes his name & signature in the logbook for record purposes.

The personnel in-charge puts the remarks in the logbook when the client returns the original copy in the office.

Issuance Of Zoning Certification
About the service:

Zoning Certification is required upon applying electrical permit or any form of application that needs to certify the chosen location as to what classification of land use it belongs based on the approved CLUP and Zoning Ordinance of the municipality.

Requirements:

  • Letter-request addressed to the Zoning Administrator/MPDC
  • Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) or Deed of Sale
  • Latest Real Property Tax Declaration
  • Latest Real Property Tax receipt
  • Special Power of Attorney of land owner’s authorized representative, if any

Fees:

  • Certification of Land Use: Php 250.00
  • Electrical Permit: Php 7500

Issuance Of Locational Clearance For Building
About the service:

Locational Clearance is required when applying permits for new construction, expansion, and renovation, of residential buildings or any enterprises to ensure that the structure is allowed in that particular location as per approved Comprehensive Land Use P/an (CLUP) and Zoning Ordinance of the municipality.

Requirements:

  • Sets of Building Plans, duly signed by a C r E/Architect
  • Bill of Materials Application Form for Building Permit, duly signed by a C.E./Architect
  • Application Form for Locational Clearance, duly notarized

Fees:

A. For Single Residential Structure:
• P 200.00 (P100,00000 and below)
• P 40000 (over P100,000 to P200,000)
• P 500.00+1/10 of 1% in excess of P200,000.00 (over P200,000,00)

B. Apartment/Townhouses
• P 1,000.00 (P500,000 and below)
• P 1,50000 (Over P500,O00 to P2M)
• P 2,500.00+1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2M regardless of the no. of doors (Over P2M)

C. Dormitories
• P 2,500.00 (P2M and below)
• P 2,50000+1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2M regardless of the no. of doors (Over P2M)

D. Institutional
• P 2,000.00 (P2M and below)
• P 2,000+1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2M (Over P2M)

E. Commercial, Industrial & Agro-lndustrial Project Cost
• P 1,000.00 (Below P100,00Q00)
• P 1,500.00 (Over 100T-P500T)
• P 2,000.00 (P500T-PIM)
• P 3,000.00 (Over P1M-P2M)
• P5,000+1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2M (Over P2M)

Processing Application Of Subdivision Plans

About the service:

Any application for simple or complex subdivision plan is under the Local Government Unit. Once the requirements are completed and the Municipal Engineering Office has already conducted site inspection, the application will be submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan Members for approval.

Requirements

1. (4 sets) of the ff. documents signed & sealed by a Licensed GE.
a. Site Dev’t Plan/SP showing lot areas and technical descriptions& conformed by the land owner.
b. Vicinity map showing the adjoining land use circulation network as well as the existing facilities & utilities at least 100m from the project boundaries.

2. (4 copies) Duly authenticated copy of OCT/TCT
3. (4 copies) Latest Real Property Tax Declaration
4. (4 copies) Latest RPT receipt
5. (4 copies) Extra judicial among heirs
6. (4 copies) Cert. of Non. Tenancy/conversion, clearance/exemption from the DAR
7. (4 copies) Proof of access of road right-of-way
8. (4 copies) Application for SP address to the SB

Fees:

  • Preliminary Approval: P 460,00
  • Final Approval: P 20000
