Issuance of Owner’s Copy of Updated Tax Declaration Of Land
About the Service:

Under Section 208 of R. A. 7160, the new property Owner will declare his/her acquired real property by transferring his/her ownership from the previous owner to the Municipal Assessor Office to have a new Tax Declaration and provide the property owner with information to the assessment of his/her property.

Requirements:

For Simple Transfer

  • 2 photocopies of title (If titled)
  • 2 photocopies of Deed of Conveyance (Sale, Inheritance, Donation, etc.)
  • Real Property Tax Receipt
  • Transfer Tax Receipt (untitled property)
  • Photocopy of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR)
  • Residence Certificate

Subdivision (Segregation/ Consolidation)

  • 2 photocopies of title/lot (If titled)
  • 2 photocopies of Deed of Conveyance (Sale, Inheritance, Donation, etc.)
  • Real Property Tax Receipt

About the Service:

The Field Appraisal Assessment Sheet (FAAS) shall be prepared for every Real Property Unit (RPU), It contains all information needed in appraising real property. The FAAS when approved is the source of information for all other assessment records. Assessment records such as: Tax Declaration. Property Holdings No. Improvements, etc. will be secured at the office of the Municipal Assessor.

4. Preparation Of Notice/ Tax/ Declaration

  • LAAO I prepares Notice of Cancellation of Assessment after evaluating /studying the request Letter for Cancellation of landowner.
  • Assessment Sheet (FAAS) is prepared.
  • Recommends for the approval of the Notice of Cancellation of Assessments to the Provincial Assessor.
  • The Municipal Assessor signs/approves the Revised Tax Declaration (TD).

Issuance Of Tax Declaration For Building And Machinery
About The Service:

Under Section 203 of R. A. 7160, it is the duty of any person, or his authorized representative, acquiring and making improvements on real property to declare the said property to the Municipal Assessor’s Office. Real Properties such as buildings and machineries are to be appraised and assessed for taxation purposes. The appraisal of buildings shall be in accordance with the approved Schedule of Base Unit Construction Cost (SBUCC) for buildings and the appraisal of machinery shall be based on its actual cost declared by the owner.

Requirements:

  • Copy of the approved building permit, building plan and Certificate of Occupancy Permit/Photocopy of Title
  • Receipt of new machinery
