About the Service:

Municipal Budget Officer certifies obligation request as to existing of available appropriations of the General Fund and Special Education Fund. The request for obligations of allotment is prepared to evidence support the incurrence of obligations. It shall be supported by documents like payrolls, disbursements voucher, purchase orders, job orders, requisition for supplies and materials.

Requirements:

About the Service:

Budget Office issues certificate of appearance to Barangay Treasurers and Secretaries who came to the office for budget referrals and other office transactions.

Review Of Barangay Annual Budget/Supplemental Budget
About the Service:

Budget Officer will make a preliminary review of the barangay annual and supplemental budget referred to her office by the Sangguniang Bayan. The review of the barangay approved budget shall be made to ascertain compliance to the provisions of law particularly on the budgetary requirements and general limitations under RA. 7160.
